Just got moved here from previous office. I was told "We all have problems, yours is not above anyone else's" I told them I have a bad cold. I was talked over and felt belittled. So far I'm not confident. Hopefully it's just a bad day for them and this is a one time thing. I try my best to give a medical office a little more patience because they have a lot to do. But this was a bit much.
