I have been going to this pain management for the last three years. Over a year ago Dr. Christine Haddad joined the practice. I have been getting pain injections in my back, knees and shoulder forover 10 years. Of all the doctors that I have been too, Dr. Haddad is the least painful. I have always gotten anesthesia for my back injections. No need for that with Dr. Haddad. She is that good. I have received pain injections in my shoulder for just a few years. I went to my 1st appt and it went great, I got an injection in my shoulder and that went great. I had a follow up call and that went great. After the followup call, I was supposed to get a second injection and a pain cream prescription but no one ever followed up. I left two messages and no call back. I am still in pain amd don't want to call a 3rd time. I have to start all over with a new pain doctor. Thanks for ignoring me I feel really taken care of.
Front office need a little more customer service training , not very nice to patients, not only to me but i was Listening how they treat other patients, disrespectful
I originally met with Dr. Hadadd and she was incredible! Not only do you feel heard but you can tell she truly cares. I now see her PA-C, Victoria Carpenter and I love seeing her every month because she's so helpful. I'm doing better than I have in a while. I would recommend these women to anyone I know! Thank you guys for being amazing!
Wish you could give 0 stars. Dr Ross is a POS who neglected my mother's care, Cancelled appointment for second shot due to so called move to Tucson. Even charged her insurance for the second shot. Luckily they put it as a fraud. Ross needs to have his medical license revoked.
