Lady was real short and rude with me when telling me i drove 41 miles in 53 minutes for nothing. Cancelling my 10:45am appt when nobody was in the waiting area. I called the other location and she told me to ask the rude lady to office manager, and supervisor, the rude lady said that this job title doesn’t exist whole time the other person from the Mesa Location is on the phone listening to the rude lady lie to me. I’m sure she was having a bad cause normally she’s cool, however I’ll never be ok with her bad day being my pro... read more
