The "big company" who shall remain nameless tried to tell us we needed both garage doors replaced to the tune of $6000. We called Cisco at Valley, and he came out the next day to diagnose the problem. He returned the following week and pretty much rebuilt the doors, with new bottom weatherstripping, molding and springs , at a fraction of the cost. Always get a second opinion!
