I initially contacted Valley Door on 29 May 2024 in order to have two 12x12 roll-up doors installed on my metal building. The lady said they were busy and it would be awhile. I waited until around October without hearing anything so I called again. A man came out and said he was going to bring his installer out to look. Never heard another word.
