I used great American door the first time. They put doesn't show up to the appointment and didn't give a courtesy call. When I called 2 days later they made excuses, came out and put the door back on track and put the spring and pin back in. Afterwards the door was ridiculously hard to open. Months later it popped out of the track again. Valley overhead door charged me half as much, fixed the tension, got it back on track and put extra stop bars on it to keep it from happening again. 10/10 service.

What a great company. Wayyyyy better (and more affordable) than the other local ones in Madison AL. Josh came out on time and got the work done in a professional and courteous manner. He completed the spring adjustment and routine maintenance. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I will be calling only them in the future. Thanks Josh and Brian for the great customer care.

The technician showed up during the scheduled time, was courteous, professional and thorough. He answered all my questions without hesitation and stayed until I was comfortable with all that was discussed. He even changed the batteries in both garage door openers without me asking.
