Dr DeRosa is the best spine doctor in the state of North Carolina in my opinion and his staff are wonderful people I would highly recommend them to anyone I had back surgery five weeks ago and I'm up walking around without a cane or walker or any help.
Overall everyone is professional but I was charged a $38 co-pay for seeing my provider for a max of 3 minutes, answered a couple of questions, no actual examination and was told to come back in a month. This is literally insurance fraud and I recommend patients look elsewhere than CFVH Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. I spoke to both the site supervisor and CFVH Patient Advocate but was told the agreement the system has with Tricare calls for a co-pay regardless if the provider actually does anything. Everyone is very professional!
Everybody has been so kind to me and gave me the support. I wanted when I feel scared during my procedures. All doctors and nurses were holding my hand to give me the support that I want. Thank you so much for taking care of me during my procedure. God bless you all 💕
