The lady helping me schedule an appointment for my son was great and very helpful. Kim Hayes was the lady assisting me.
Excellent service provided by the administration team, the doctor's nurse kept me informed of changes in medication and communications. The surgeon performance was excellent. He has built a very competent team of nurses and doctors to assist in various methods. Very knowledgeable group of people.

The nurse I had, older lady, was needlessly aggressive, almost drill sergeant adjacent barking questions at me. - I disliked that. - Her younger assistant was much more pleasant. + The rad tech's pretty rad, I got images done within like 5min. - I wish the VA told me to bring my images from the clinic so I didn't have to get beamed with radiation twice for the same thing, not on VOSM, though. + Dr. Scott straight up pressed hard on my fractured scaphoid with his thumb, like cruel and unusual punishment. - I wouldn't return t... read more
