I was referred to this business by Rainier Orthopedics as being the facility to have an orthotic done for my daughter. Upon my arrival into this facility, I was greeted by a very rude and unprofessional woman whose name was Cheryl. When I asked her if I was in the correct place, she proceeded to say, "We don't do those here", as if what I was asking was something repulsing.
