Valley Optometric Associates is a waste of anyone's time. They booked an appointment with me at least 3 weeks prior, had me ride over 30 minutes to get to them, all to tell me no doctors were on duty! And so what it's an appointment error system that isn't their fault! So who's fault is it? Well they try and make you feel like it's yours! They don't even have the decency to follow up with an apology or credit! We are new to town and definitely want people to not waste their time with a place who could careless about them!
Waste of your time Valley Optometric Associates likes to book appointments weeks out with their customers...and when they finally show up, they won't have a doctor on duty! Now keep in mind no appointments are needed and they are in the mall...yet have no doctors on duty! And when you get there with a black and white confirmation and all; they don't even care! They claim it's a glitch in the system...but they allow people to drive over 30 minutes to get to them and then waste their time! And guess one...no one apologizes...i... read more
Okay service, but they didn't allow me to make an appointment and I had to wait 2&1/2 hours. Will most likely go to a different Doctor next year.
Dont bother.. Very Unprofessional. Said his lenses would be done Friday. Then said they were wrong. Wont be done till Monday. Then called and said they didnt get them in the box was empty wont be done until Tuesday. Called and asked who I speak to to make a complaint they said "submit it in writting" Asked who I contact to get a refund they said "submit it in writting" 260.00 for lenses that arnt there and a runaround about EVERYTHING! Take your business to a more professional establishment!
