Long wait times (consistently over 20 minutes) and I never see the same Doctor twice! I'm not even sure who my pcp actually is but if I don't know him/her, how can he/she know me!? The actual interaction with a medical professional is incredibly short with the provider staring more at a screen than looking at me. After 15 years with Valley Medical, I have just switched to a new doctor ☹️
