Want to give kuddos to all who proposed/approved/&completed that latest face lift to the building. (I.e. Layers of blue that beautifully transition your eye to the Mississippi River flowing south of the location). I'm fascinated every time I pass the building, when travelling via 35W.
Just a typical office center/building. The property is well maintained both inside and out, but the building itself suffers from the design choices of the era it was built..... Very little natural light, long corridors/hallways, small elevators, etc. There are a lot of businesses in this building and there's a good mix of what's onsite.
Office looks a bit aged, but I was only there to take staff photos for a real estate agency.
