They find a way to keep your money at move out . So if you give sunseeker a security deposit expect it to be taken 50% even if you clean thoroughly at move out . Thats my true experience .
I received military orders and had to move quickly. Sun Valley Rentals did a good job of advertising our house and getting it rented. After a few months, we started noticing duplicate charges on our invoice. There was also some issues with the house that needed fixing. Both the tenant and owners became demanding customers.
