Great care.
Tried calling 2 times to ask a simple question. First time on hold for 25 mins and the second time I gave up around 14. No one answered the phone on a Wednesday morning at 10am. Wild.
They dont know how to draw blood. The first MA tied the tourniquet really tight 2 times and walked out the room for about 1 min each time. When she finally came in, she seemed unsure so I asked for someone with experience. Mind you, I am not a hard stick. I've never had a problem. This other girl walked in with gloves on. Dont know if they were clean or not. She stuck me once way below the vein so obviously, she didnt get it. I mean, they even used pediatric butterfly needles. I came because of a work incident, referred here in May by my employer. They take Walk ins (if you do come as a walk in, be aware they get busy so expect to wait anywhere from 30minutes to 1hr as your 1st visit) and are flexible with hours and days. Receptionist and staff have been kind, attentive and helpful. Josh PA assisted me during my check up's for almost 2 months. He's personable, professional, thorough, and patient. This location has always been clean in every patient room, rest rooms and their waiting area.
