It was my first time at this clinic, but I've been to several different clinics for drug testing before. I always dread it because people aren't always friendly. I really liked this place bcuz everyone I encountered was nice & the place was clean. I appreciated not being treated negatively because I was there for a drug test. The front desk staff was friendly & patient with me even though I kept asking them for assistance in emailing in some forms. Great care.
Tried calling 2 times to ask a simple question. First time on hold for 25 mins and the second time I gave up around 14. No one answered the phone on a Wednesday morning at 10am. Wild.
They dont know how to draw blood. The first MA tied the tourniquet really tight 2 times and walked out the room for about 1 min each time. When she finally came in, she seemed unsure so I asked for someone with experience. Mind you, I am not a hard stick. I've never had a problem. This other girl walked in with gloves on. Dont know if they were clean or not. She stuck me once way below the vein so obviously, she didnt get it. I mean, they even used pediatric butterfly needles. I asked if I can get someone with better experie... read more
