Impossible to reach unless I say suicide. They take a long lunch and close before 5 all the time. Care was good. No way to leave a voicemail. The website is not user friendly- I cannot leave messages since I can’t reset my password.

This review is for overall communication for this office. The ultrasound technician told me she found something and that my doctor would call me the next day to discuss it...6 days later I had to call the office. On the patient portal it says that someone will answer my inquiry within 2 business days and that has never been the case. I expressed serious concern over an ultrasound result and still haven't heard back.

Have been going here for years and had a great relationship with my former Gynocologist before she left the practice and then I was placed with Dr. Katherine O’Brien, who is very good, professional and has taken care of my needs over the years. In all fairness I was already perimenopausal so we didn’t really form a relationship. First of all I would like to mention the front desk. They are always polite, courteous and helpful. Dr. O’Brien is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. She was my Dr. who delivered one of my children. After I moved back, I didn’t have to think twice who would be my gynecologist again. Nurses are caring and polite. The office is clean and has a positive energy. Definitely recommend.
