Staff were friendly, professional and courteous, helpful. Dr Miranda is always caring, friendly, patience, professional , answered all my questions and concerns.She was Thorough on my health care yearly .I highly recommend AstranaCare Sun City for your healthcare needs.
Multiple cancellations of my appointments.. over a month .. some without even informing me until AFTER I arrived. Front end reception was rude, refused to take accountability, acted like I should be perfectly ok with their incompetence. Provider was even worse. Immediately started gaslighting me acting like SHE was the victim instead of me who they caused to not have my rx for almost a month because they kept canceling. This was my first visit to this office and an introductory meeting with the doctor. Comfortable waiting room, very pleasant staff. I enjoyed meeting with the doctor and look forward to future visits.
