The people are nice, it can be hard to get in and get your spot in the system but it's always best to just take the first step and see if you can get in and get help
They dont answer the phone. I do not want to be forced to go to this provider. Supposedly the state says this or 1 other are the providers I can go to because I live in Clinton County. They make you come in between this time and tgst time to sit and see if they can get you in. NO. I am not doing that. I have various mental health problems, you will not make me waste half my day to possibly not be seen. I have a child, I have a life. Avoid this quackery.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! Communication ABSOLUTELY sucks. Took over 2 months to approve meds that were already prescribed. Any sort of phone call has to go through an answering service. That takes 15+ minutes to get to while having to tell every person the same details after being transferred 4 times if your lucky to get transferred that few of times.
Terrible at communication, I have had a terrible experience with them for my daughter. It's honestly a lot but take my advice, don't bother
