The doctors here are great , but the front desk staff could be more attentive and patient-focused (hence 2 stars). I've had issues with rude interactions and difficulty getting through on the phone, which can be frustrating. Hoping for some improvements in this area!
All of the staff is exceptional there! The doctors really take the time to listen to me and understand my issues.
Find something else! This is truly one of the worst ongoing medical experiences I’ve had. For years I can never get an appointment, never actually see my doctor (who I really like), no one ever calls with results, they’ve lost results and I’ve had to go be re-tested. I called today feeling like I had strep throat and might need an antibiotic and they offered me an appointment 2 weeks out, said I should go to the ER for anything urgent and are so rude when questioned if that’s really the first available time.
