I enjoy living here at The Grove at Deane Hill the community is very quiet and clean.The area is very awesome,very close and convenient to every shopping center and mall.I give this place a thumbs up 👍🏻.
I have lived at The Grove for 2 months and have loved every second of it! The maintenance men are great and attentive (and are very nice to my kitty.) The office staff is great and answer every question I've ever had in a very timely manor. The pool is absolutely beautiful and they take care of their residents through food trucks and events every month! You can't beat the location. 10/10 would recommend.
Great apartment complex and friendly staff! We have lived here for 2 years and they are always continuing to make improvements for the residents. Every maintenance request is handled very quickly. And not to mention...a great pool to hangout at during the summer! Overall, can’t beat it with the perfect location near Kingston Pike, the mall, and the interstate!
Love summer at The Grove! All the flowers are beautiful, the staff is so helpful and love all the people out walking dogs and especially love the thursday food trucks!
Great apartment complex if you’re looking for it to be in the middle of any and everything. The mall and shopping center is in walking distance. Which is a plus! Dog friendly! And quiet neighbors. If something goes wrong in apartment, maintenance takes care of it ASAP!
I haven’t lived here terribly long. However, the staff and maintenance have been nothing short of amazing. I never leave the front office unhappy and never have any issues in my apartment. I cannot wait to take advantage of the pool this summer!
I have lived at The Grove for one year now, and I was thrilled to sign up for another year! The community is so friendly, and it is a great place to call home. Any questions I have had have always been met quickly and effectively by the staff.
I’ve lived here since 2016 and let me say there’s no place like it. If there was any issue, they were so courteous and diligent to address it. Not to Mention the location and facilities!
