I had a problem with my A/C in the middle of the night and the maintenance team was very responsive coming out and getting it all fixed right then! Thank you
Made maintenance request for toilet not working at 11 am. Called back two hours later. Nothing had been done. Went on errands and came back at 5 pm to find still not working. When called to complain and speak with a manager, manager did not come to the phone and associate tried to talk over me, telling me that there was a miscommunication. VERY POORLY RUN MANAGEMENT. They make little situations that should be resolved instantly, very stressful. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
We have been living at Valley Oaks Apartments for 10 months and our experience has been mediocre at best. There were a number of problems with fixtures in the apartment; several outlets did not work, the bathroom sink leaked, and the bathtub faucet dripped. Though our biggest problem with this apartment was the insect problem. From the date we moved in we have had a problem with roaches. Management has come out to spray for roaches 6-7 times in the 10 months that we have lived at this apartment. We have also found giant moth... read more
Our air conditioner went out twice in the last week. Both times, they came and have done everything possible to get it fixed. This time, the motor went out and they said it would be another day until it comes in. They got a motor from another unit and are working diligently to get it fixed. This is my 3rd apartment here and we love it here. Great place to call home! Thank you, Valley Oaks team!
This is the most cheepest run down apartment complex i have ever lived in. First they had me in a 1 bedroom cottage they called it. What it was was a half a--ed remodel storage facility they had on site. When it rained it soaked my closet and all my nice shoes. And they never got it fixed. I moved into another unit at my expence because they would not let me out of that lease on the cottage.
