I would rate 0 stars if I could. Came to the leasing office during office hours and waited AN HOUR and was waiting with FIVE other people trying to get into the office. I saw your Starbucks cup at your desk, but where were you? It's been a hassle getting into contact with any staff and this complex is not worth the stress. Don't bother!
Pros: * Friendly neighbors. *Maintenance and Pest control guys are pretty solid dudes. *Good appliances. *Good location. * Sammy is creating nice activities for the neighborhood to get involved in. *Angela will help you out pretty quickly without issues.Very nice. * Guy at front desk is pretty eager to help too. I recently moved into Valley Oaks and I have been thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and professionalism from Tammy and the rest of the staff. From the moment I inquired about leasing options to move-in day and beyond, the team has been incredibly helpful and accommodating going above and beyond any other complex I have lived in. Angie, Tammy and Gilbert have been a blessing. I've been a resident for over 4 years and have seen 13+ different managers, not including leasing staff changes. Not only are these three individuals here to stay - they CARE! In the past few months since they have taken over, I have personally worked with all three of them and been amazed.
