Absolutely HORRIBLE bank. No communication, the tellers never have information when you ask questions, and very limited services. Will be looking elsewhere.
I worked with Misty at the Tulare office and made the loan process so smooth and quick. Great service!

I've been a member at Valley Credit Union bank for many years now and every single time that I've ever needed to go into the bank or speak with a an associate, I've always been met with courtesy, respect and professionalism above expectation. The staff at the Tulare branch are an amazing group of people whom always make me feel welcome every time I need to go into that branch. I highly recommend Valley Credit Union bank for personal and/or Business Financial needs and options.
Ive had them for about 3 years. Ive had no problems. I finance my car through them and have a debit and credit card.
