Shamara Adams made the process so easy and was amazingly helpful! She took the time to break down everything when I had questions and was patient with my 1000 questions. She was so busy but still made the time to make sure that everything was squared away and my family was comfortable. 10/10
After posting an issue we had while living there, valley oak reached out to me IMMEDIATELY in order to resolve the issue. I’m so glad because my husband and I absolutely loved living at this apartment complex! The issue we had was with move out, and had nothing to do with our time at Valley Oak. We would move back to that complex in a heartbeat! Thank you valley oak for taking care of your tenants!
I want to give this place a better review, because I loved living here. It was quiet and we had no issues. However, moving out was absolutely terrible. We moved out about a year and a half ago and after bugging management for months about the portion of our deposit we were SUPPOSED to get back, we just simply never got it. After multiple checks went totally missing in the mail ( not sure how as we had been getting mail to our new place) I had set up multiple meetings with the property manager to pick up the deposit from her ... read more
Lady in charge of every thing was super rude and very unprofessional also didn't like the fact that I'm white and my wife is Mexican even though we make more than enough income and drive a $50k vehicle extremely Prejudice
