Property managers Shannon and Amanda are amazing people! They're very supportive, professional, and truly care about their tenants. The property and gardens are very well maintained. I highly recommend Valley Oak Apartments for anyone or family looking for a place to rent.

5 stars for this amazing apartment complex! :) Shout out to Shannon Larkin for helping us move in smoothly and being a great help during the application process!! Have enjoyed my time here :) Staff is very nice and accomodating. Helped us through getting our AC fixed last summer! That was a life saver especially with the heat. The units are also great and spacious!! Maintenance has been a big help in getting our maintenance requests done in a timely and efficient manner.
