Best apartment complex in Modesto period.
5 stars for this amazing apartment complex! :) Shout out to Shannon Larkin for helping us move in smoothly and being a great help during the application process!! Have enjoyed my time here :) Staff is very nice and accomodating. Helped us through getting our AC fixed last summer! That was a life saver especially with the heat. My family moved to these apartments in 1999. It has always been a safe and comfortable place. The management has been constantly helpful and sweet. They do their job very well and have a staff that is incredibly friendly and approachable. They all work hard to provide immediate assistance to the tenants. Whenever there is a problem it will be taken care of. The apartments themselves are comfortable and spacious.
