The ladies in the office are amazing! They went above and beyond for me and my kiddos. Thank you so much, Shannon and Amanda! I am so grateful to you. My apartment was beautiful and newly renovated. I loved the flooring and the upgrades it had. The community was great. It was quiet and all my neighbors were lovely and friendly. There are also lots of other children in the community and grassy areas for them to play. My kids enjoyed it!
All the upgrades they did in this apartment is beautiful. shannon and Amanda, who run the office are so kind. And professional shannon did an outstanding job over and beyond to really help us get into our apartment. The laundry room is clean and open in 24 hours a day.The pool is open year round and is sparkling. It's a great place to raise a family and they are pet friendly
I am in the process of getting an apartment at Valley Oak and I have to say Shannon is the reason I am renting from there! There’s been a hold up but she has worked with me every step of the way to get me in. A lot of places will just blow you off. I’ve been looking at several others. Due to the customer service from Shannon I will only go with Valley Oak. You could teach a lot of other complexes in the area about customer service Shannon, thank you!
