Doug and his crew came out for an estimate right away and scheduled and performed the work with ease. His cre did some extra cleanup I didn't ask for out of good nature. I couldn't help but offer a tip after the work was done because I was so pleased with the results. I was a little disappointed he took the tip though. I was really hoping he would say no to the tip so I could save my money but he didn't so I was kinda stuck. And he had already seen the wad of cash I was holding.
