Austin was great he helped us alot it was a very good experience
I was looking to find a good trade-in deal and I ended up with a new vehicle. Very good personalized customer service with knowledge of the situation in order to find a good deal. Lane was my sales consultant and together with the Valley Nissan team helped to secure the funding for my financed and explained the terms very clear, as well as the paperwork process. I would gladly return in the future and I highly recommend them.
It is unfortunate, but I have to leave this review. I showed up to do a test drive with Austin, who was very polite and kind. We did the test drive and everything went well. My wife and I were not ready to trade in our current vehicle, we simply wanted to test drive a possible next vehicle. Austin, being a good salesman, began to push us towards a trade in and purchase the vehicle we test drove.
