Car got towed to the dealership on Thursday for a 10am apt on Friday. Forgot to call them on Friday to follow up because I never heard anything back. Called Saturday said they would look at it Monday. They don't have very good communication with the customers. Car was brand new the 12v battery died but it took them days to fix it. The car was ready for pick up at end of day on Tuesday.
I had a flat tire they had one I needed in stock and replaced it within a very reasonable amount of time
All seemed to go very well and my service adviser was extremely efficient and courteous. My concern is that I was told and it was on the receipt that all the fluids would be checked and topped off and that did not happen. I was low on washer fluid and I was traveling out of state the next day and I figured I would be all set since I was offered this service. The washer fluid was not filled. So, now it makes me wonder if my requested and paid for service was done.
I absolutely love this place. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I was on vacation from Chicago to Glenwood springs when my car broke down. They helped me every step of the way. Even was able to get a rental car through them when everything was unavailable. Every time I called they knew exactly who I was and had regular updates for me.
