Parts department is a complete joke. Absolutely no customer service. I'd rather order online and wait.
Was told I couldn't buy a rear windshield wiper without the arm for my 2018 Nissan Murano. I questioned it but believed them. I then had part ordered. Upon picking it up they wanted to charge me an additional $50 to have it put on. After spending $80 I thought to call the dealership I originally bought the car from. Not only did the service department put it on for free but they reported I never needed the arm. I am beyond pissed and feel conned from parts and service.
