Had to reschedule my appt the day of.. Due to triple digit heat. SCI (Spinal Cord Injuries) can't be out in triple digit weather. We cook! The Dr wouldn't reschedule until a $55.00 cancellation fee is paid! (Never was informed of this policy fee). Also required a $200 up front fee/copay because my insurance deductible wasn't met yet with Anthem... Good Luck, I won't be back!
Dr Al in my experience with neurologist is the best. Staff very friendly, and caring. He takes time with you to answer any ? or concerns that you have. He actually cares unlike so many others. I would recommend his office to anyone. Eric Broyles
Very through. I have been to at least 10 Neuro by the time I got here I was told I one neuro disorder that I had been taking major drugs for 18 years. He sent me to UCLA and did numerous test and I don't have that disorder. He found other things wrong. One was very simple, but mimics major neuro issues, I don't process B12. When it gets too low I can't walk, etc. The office rules are simple call and confirm that you got there reminder call. get there 15 min early. Well worth it for the EXCELLENT MD
