Dr Michel and his staff are the best. He is empathetic and compassionate. Their positivity and professionalism have made such a difference in how I have adjusted to my life. Absolutely recommend!
EDIT- 1st appointment was great. However, follow up appointment was with a nurse. I wasn't made aware of that fact until after I paid my large copay. So, I gave it a try even though I prefer seeing an actual doctor. I wasn't thrilled with the care I received from the nurse and still have no answers to what is causing my problems. Excellent bedside manner. Very thorough in exam and ordering tests.
I was very impressed with the PA who interviewed me. She was very pleasant and professional, she asked many questions that were very direct and to the point. She was very understanding of what was going on with my medical situation. I’m happy with the appointment. Thank you!
