A medical assistant call me on 8/9/2024 left a voice mail. Called Monday 8/12/2024 to ask that someone called me. The medical assistant is taking on the phone but no focus on the statement asking if my family member is on dialysis. I gave the name and the date of birth. The doctors are wonder full but the office staff have no empathy for their client or family members. They need quality training on empathizing and professionalism, especially when it comes to this line of medical care. Even speaking to the managing head staff was pointless. Of course, your clients are going to be upset if they are given the run around for months regarding one concern. Not everyone has the resources between jobs, dialysis, and caring for a loved one.
