I've been going to VNA for over 24 years. The doctors and staff are the best. But everytime I need my RX filled I have to drive 60+ miles every month to pick up...which I don't mind. Every time I call fot pickup or for anything else they make you leave a message. They might call back about half the time.. When they do get around to me,they treat me like a drug addict! I got hollered at and hung up on when trying to get my guestions answered. I can deal with this but in the meanwhile, I've got to go without my meds. Please ca... read more

Dr. Cain is the best medical doctor in the Roanoke Valley. Kind, caring, funny. He listens and talks "with you" not "to you"! My husband has been a patient of his for several years and as long as we are in this area, he will see Dr. Cain.
