My two daughters and I went there on a Friday evening, last appt. all 3 of us had a pedicure and nails done. We were all so looking forward to the pedicare and nail message. When we left one of my daughters said she was disappointed as she felt rushed through and her person hardly gave a message for pedicure and nail. Turns out all 3 of us had the same complaint. I can’t say! My daughter purchased me a generous gift card while my husband was very sick! I tucked it away and just found it! I called Valkey Nail and Spa and they said that “is the way it is” and could not be used if expired. I told them I think it’s illegal. After googling about the law it states that gift cards can no longer expire! Hmm...it was not a coupon....they received cash. For this reason, I would not recommend the Spa. Very 😞
The staff is always super friendly, and they keep it very well maintained. By far the best nail salon ...highly recommend!!

Susan is defiantly my favorite nail tech ever. But I always have an amazing experience every time I go in valley nails. I love the people and atmosphere!
