The last time I was there, I was trying to tell them what I wanted as usual, which I think everyone would do same, if u want a nice & expected outcome. One of the staff, (I believe was de boss), who was attending to me, told me she had envisaged what and how i wanted it, and that, 'i talk too much'. Wow, unbelievable...what a customer service that was. I'm not discouraging anyone if u still want to go there, but this was my experience, I'm not going back there😏

I have been getting my nails done here since January 2023. I love that the ladies are all very friendly, I’m immediately greeted by Lee who knows my name and is very sweet! The music played with the scenic backgrounds on the flat screen tv is so relaxing. They meet appointment expectations; I’ve never had to wait and I will be honest a few times I called to say I would be 5/10 minutes late and they still accommodated my appointment.
