Unfortunately had a bad experience. Leg and bikini wax. Unsanitary, unprofessional, didn’t feel discrete or comfortable. Incredibly expensive. Kim was unresponsive to the feedback.

Ok soooo — I recently relocated to Mill Valley from another country. I like my nails done in a specific way, and I’m annoyingly picky about them. Let me tell you, I tried alllll the nail salons in the area but no one came close to doing my nails as good as Kim. She never rushes through her work and she truly seems to care about the end result. I love the way she does my nails! So happy I found her — I’m a client for life.
Kim is very professional and does an exceptional job with a lot of care and attention to detail. I am able to go three weeks before I need a new fill, I have maxed out in two weeks w every other nail tech. Highly recommend you try Kim!
