Upon entering the office, it was clean and quiet. The environment and wait time was not bad. The front receptionist was fairly pleasant. I was going through a miscarriage and needed confirmation. I was already extremely anxious about this appointment; the tech did not make the experience any less stressful. My last ultrasound was a miscarriage back in January and that ultrasound was more comforting than the one I received here. It was the most rushed uncomfortable ultrasound I’ve ever experienced. He didn’t let us hear heartbeat though my husband did see a flicker 🙏. He didn’t say anything at all or walk me through steps of what was happening. He then gave me a very rushed picture. El peor lugar para un ultrasonido llevo 3 semanas llamandoles por una cita, no atienden el telefono. Dejo un msj con mis datos y nunca regresan la llamada, perdi mi cita prenatal por no tener el ultrasonido a tiempo y hasta la fecha no responden para nada.

They always put you on hold for at least 30 minutes if not more. Then a machine comes on to leave a message and they will call you back in a few days.
