I first did business with Joni seven years ago on a refinance of my condo. Joni obtained the best rate I could find and the transaction was smooth. Fast forward to July 2026. Joni again helped me find a competitive rate on a single family home mortgage . The title company and my agent were impressed with his thoroughness and how quickly everything was turned around. I was looking into refinancing our home and Joni contacted me from Valley Mortgage Financial LLC. Joni is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step in detail. When I had questions, he answered them promptly, and not once did he not answer my call. I was extremely pleased with him and the process only took about two weeks from start to finish.
