First week of our new subscription for home delivery and they already skipped me. Received the paper Tue-Sat, missed me Sunday. I called and they said it would be redelivered but it wasn't. Received today's paper so I guess I'll consider myself lucky. Let's hope they can get it together.
There delivery service is ridiculous. I waste way too much time fighting to get a newpaper delivered.
Typical Harlingen morning Star antics as the San Benito Greyhounds made history last night with an undefeated season, and a trouncing of the Harlingen Cardinals, but nothing! Don't worry, Hounds fans are not surprised but figured I'd give you a one start rating since I can't rate less!!
My mom subscribed to the paper, and would consistently get skipped on the route. Get it one day, then not get it for three days straight and when we’d complain they sent one and once again skipped our home. We had tried multiple times to fix the situation and each time we stopped receiving the subscription. Not even a full month in and we’ve cancelled due to the inconsistency and neglect to fix their issues.
Tired of the Cardinals getting all of the coverage, especially when they are losing. The Greyhounds are the top team in the Valley yet are relegated to a tiny story every time they win and the Cards get a half page even when they lose. Why not change your name to Harlingen Morning Star?
