common crook I have always been a loyal Tires Plus customer in Kansas City. So when my teenage daughter experienced a blowout in Columbia, I told her to see if they had a Tires plus and go there, nowhere else. Big mistake. First of all, this particular Tires Plus is individually owned and does not answer to the overall Corporate Tires Plus. Total Train Wreck Went in to get my tires and was told it would be 30 min. Nearly two hours later they had put on a different brand of tire than my request and charged me for something I did not want. Don't listen to reviews from the owner and his pals! This guy is a shyster and a cheat.

Tires Minus Quite simply; I will NEVER go here again, I wish I had NEVER went here in the first place (my car may be better off), and I encourage anyone to NEVER take your vehicle here. When I googled this place initially to find where it was I saw the negative reviews, but thought all places likely had some. In hindsight I really wish I had taken them into consideration. Manager The negative reviews listed are only part of the story. This store does a great job and should get more credit for hard work. There are always going to be people that want something for free and are not happy when they don't get it keep this in mind. Kelly c say's bait and switch when there's not an advertised tire in stock because the store sold out and it costed her $20 extra lol.

Bad tire part 1 We went to get 4 tires that were in an ad on sale. They didn't have them...uh oh bait and switch right? Four "comparible" tires were put on at a slightly higher price. We needed tires. after waiting for a couple of hours the car was ready and on the bill was a $20 "option" that I declined when offered. I had asked specifically if it was taken off twice but had to return to get it removed. I now have 1 tire with exposed threads already. It has a 40,000 mile guarantee and it's been less than a year. Time to find a new mechanic. Brought my car in today to get a tire patched. Was told it would take 20-30 minutes to repair, so I waited in the lobby. After an hour, I went back to the front desk and was told they would get to my car next, and it would be another half hour. It took them almost 3 hours to finish a tire patch (and no apologies or explanations for the wait). Also, had the radiator replaced an an oil leak repaired a few months ago, and am now seeing oil and coolant leakage.
