This place is abysmal. Even with an appointment... not walk in.... it’s a 2 hour wait. This place is a joke. Every time I go it’s the same thing. I just needed a physical. What a shame. Truly it’s so inconsiderate of people’s time and health. Go else where!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. My wife waited almost 2 hours to see a dr this morning and she was there when they opened. When I called the office manager he saw nothing wrong with a 2 hour wait. Wonder if Valley Hospital corporate know a that their name is being used in this fashion.
If I could give zero stars I would. Awful. Awful. Awful. They have consistently made errors and have terrible customer service. They prescribe medications that you are allergic to, even though it's listed in your file. When they make a mistake, they force you to make another appointment. They clearly just want to bill the insurance companies more. Stay away from this place and find an actual doctor who cares. We are never going back here again, even if it's the last place on earth to get medical attention.
