I do not recommend this clinic. The staff and MD were unfriendly and not professional. I was rushed to complete paperwork and yelled at in the waiting area by the medical assistant for taking too long. Also threatened that they would see other patients before me because I should have completed the questions before hand. I’ve never had this issue before. All forms are mandatory including immunization information form, there is a option that you could "click" that say that you don't want to participate, bit anyway you need to put all your information in, you can't proceed if you don't do that, when I explain that I don't want to participate int that, lady try tu put and submit my info BEHIND MY BACK, when I asked her why she's doing that se reply "Anyway I have all your info"
