Very rude and unfriendly lady that I was dealing with at the front desk. People seem to forget that wallets are forgotten. She kept re charging my card saying it wasn’t working but my account took 60 dollars out 3 times. And she was being super rude about it saying in front of other patients that I had “insufficient funds” which was not the case. Very rude. Extremely disappointed how this place takes care of patients. Dr. Linda Silva was transfer there and being her patient for the past 4 years I called them to schedule and they were so extremely rude on the phone! Rude to the point of being unnecessary and unacceptable for a medical practice. Please review the staff you have in your office.
