Four times the office was supposed to get back to me about insurance approval before a eye procedure, and all 4 times they did not. When I called each time, then they said I would have to call myself. Never seen an office before not take responsibility wh2n they said they would, like all other offices do. Mike, who works in the front office always says he will call you back, but never does. On to a new doctor! Do not email me back with your fluff and BS.

6 months wait and going out of the way and expense to have an actual MD do most of the testing instead get incompetent techs that gave me wrong RX and not even 5 minutes with the doctor who mostly just shrugged his shoulders at everything. Was going here for a very very long time. No point to do so anymore

I’ve been a patient for decades, starting with Dr. Saunders and then Dr. Benderson when Dr. Saunders left. Over time, the practice has become more of a factory, with the techs doing more and more of the exam and the doctor doing less and less. I’m sure they do that consciously to best utilize the MD’s time. The parking has become a challenge. I've been coming to Dr. Fooks office for over a year an a half. The receptionists and the medical team are always warm and caring. I am very fortunate to have found an ophthalmologist like Dr.Tanya Fooks.

Lisa, a member of the CMAs, was delightful to interact with. Very down to earth, fashionable, and most importantly knowledgeable. She also wiped/disinfected everything in front of me - I told her I appreciate that so much! The office is mid face-lift so the reception area is tight and difficult to navigate, so I can see why the front desk seems so rushed. None the less they weren’t rude, which I was hesitant of.
