I’ve been a patient for decades, starting with Dr. Saunders and then Dr. Benderson when Dr. Saunders left. Over time, the practice has become more of a factory, with the techs doing more and more of the exam and the doctor doing less and less. I’m sure they do that consciously to best utilize the MD’s time. The parking has become a challenge. I've been coming to Dr. Fooks office for over a year an a half. The receptionists and the medical team are always warm and caring. I am very fortunate to have found an ophthalmologist like Dr.Tanya Fooks.

Lisa, a member of the CMAs, was delightful to interact with. Very down to earth, fashionable, and most importantly knowledgeable. She also wiped/disinfected everything in front of me - I told her I appreciate that so much! The office is mid face-lift so the reception area is tight and difficult to navigate, so I can see why the front desk seems so rushed. None the less they weren’t rude, which I was hesitant of.

I was an "emergency" new patient. They were able to fit me into their tight schedule within a few hours after making the appointment. Dr Ivan Tseng was caring and compassionate to my health concerns. He found the issue three other NYS physicians missed.

I had a wonderful first experience here! Everyone was very nice, helpful and informative. The front desk, nurse and doctor were all top notch 👌
