This practice is wonderful. My daughter and I both go there. The drs.are wonderful!! Dr Edith is kind, patient and so knowledgeable. The staff is also that way and pleasant too!
I’ve been a patient at Valley Medical Group for years, and this Paramus office was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with the front desk staff. Parking is extremely limited—you can circle the lot for a long time—and if you’re more than 10 minutes late because you’re trying to find a spot, they will reschedule you. This is especially frustrating considering that once you do check in, you’re often left waiting at least 30 minutes to be seen anyway.
