After my experience, I completely understand why there have been so many recent 1 star reviews. Every appointment is with a different doctor, so it feels like no one actually knows your history or follows up on your care. The visits feel rushed and impersonal. The front desk is the biggest problem. They were rude and dismissive whenever I needed help with paperwork. Completely overrated place. Just remember, like many comments below are saying, you are just a number there. Maybe there are some good doctors, but everything else is a disaster. The front desk staff is completely unprofessional. Making an appointment is pure luck, and they never follow up with you. You constantly see different doctors, so you have to repeat your story over and over again. They forget who you are, what was done, and what your treatment plan is. I’m a patient of OBGYN and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating. I waited over a month for an appointment, only to receive a call 45 minutes before my visit telling me it was canceled because I apparently needed to see a surgeon instead of the doctor. I don’t understand why it took a whole month for this to be figured out. It’s also extremely difficult to book appointments, and even though I’m a patient of Dr. Eugenia Kuo, I rarely get to actually see her because every appointment ends up being with someone ... read more
