My 4 Year old daughter know to say "sorry" to apology. "You want to do it or not?" is all we got from the nurse after waited 1hour in the lobby from our schedule time. You pay them to disrespect you basically.

Saw Dr. Bridges, Marina and the front desk receptionists are all so wonderful!! Everyone was so informative, sweet and made this experience so enjoyable for my husband and I!!

**Dangerous**. Major cervical spine and shoulder deformity not caught by these techs or doctors. I was a patient at valley MFM starting with my 13 week scan, where nothing abnormal was found and should have been. At the 20 week anatomy scan my daughter was found to have one kidney, so another anatomy scan was performed, so it should have been caught twice again. She also had a scan to check her heart. Wow. Impressively unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of someone at MFM. Understaffed and an extremely rude, short, and curt scheduler named Celia wouldn’t put me on the schedule because she said it was too close to my due date even though this is what my doctor ordered. I tried to get someone on the phone for 2 weeks to make an appointment. I was told they are backed up to the point of every appointment needing to wait an hour before getting seen.
