Had an appointment with Dr. Joseph. He was very thorough and did not make me feel rushed. He answered all my questions and followed up after the appointment. The staff was excellent and made checking in and out a breeze. They were professional and courteous. I was able to get my blood test the same day. Super convenient and the office feels very modern and clean.
In April 2024, I made an annual physical appointment for April 2025. Now in February 2025, Valley Medical Group called to cancel my appointment. They said they could reschedule my appointment for June 2025. They want me to wait 2 extra months. Apparently they don’t care about their patients. I’m looking for a new doctor!
