I had a very difficult and disappointing experience at this clinic, especially as a first-time mom just six days postpartum. One of the staff members almost administered the wrong vaccine to my baby. If I hadn’t asked which vaccine it was, she would have gone ahead without verifying. That same staff member also applied a bandage so tightly that my baby’s leg became swollen afterward.
