I’ve been going here for close to 20 years... tonight was probably the straw that broke this camel’s back. Show up at 6:10 for a 6:15 appointment, at 7:20, demanded my co-pay back and left. Will not be going back ever.
I’ve had it with this group! Having my wife wait an hour for medical attention with possible stroke (doctors own diagnosis), not following medical protocols, finding bloody tissues in the dispenser in the bathroom, having been tucked away in a waiting room for 45min to an hour without anyone telling when the doctor will see me – this place is the culmination of everything that is wrong with our healthcare system. Hour + wait on an appointment. Still not seen.....
What the point of having an important if they never honor it ?I would rather them tell me when I call that it's busy and to wait then to drive here and have 6 ppl ahead of me when j have a set appointment. Every time it like this. Don't go there
If you want to wait so long that you die before you get medical attention, this is a good place for you.
Competency isn't high here. Appointments count for nothing. You will wait and wait and wait and wait, and if you call to tell them you are running late, they will insist on you changing your appointment. This place is a mix of all of my fears for the future of health care. Currently been waiting an hour for a PPD shot. A freaking PPD. WILL SOMEONE INJECT ME ALREADY? !?!?!
