Have never been treated more poorly by a medical group. Hung up on multiple times, incredibly disrespectful team. Was trying to get some questions answered for my elderly grandmother who will be undergoing a procedure soon.
I would give les than 1 star if I could and am saddened to share that I had a horrible experience and received poor medical care for my husband today. We have been with Valley Medical Group for more than 20 years. Our doctor is on vacation this week.
