Used to love valley medical until this pandemic happened and it takes SEVEN phone calls to get someone to “call you back” to make an appointment. Which they are doing working from home. So I don’t see why it’s so complicated to set up a 15 minute telehealth phone call that will cost me my co-pay 🙄
Paid for my specs cleaning solution with my smartypantswatch even though they repeatedly insisted that it wasn't possible! Thank you Samsung Pay! 🤓😂🤠

So was given a referral for second opinion 12 days ago. Had not heard from anyone about appt. Called for appt and was told they have not received any paperwork. Called referrals at Valley Medical Group and woman who answered stated that they have not done anything with it because it wasnotfor a specific doctor but for a practice. They did not contact PCP, specialist office or myself to see who it should be for. They did nothing. Talk about delay of care.
