If you are going to come here to be a patient of the residency clinic DON'T. I had been going to that clinic for over two years. A doctor in a different clinic in the same building had an opening so I took it. Tell me why I had more headway with my health in one visit just establishing care then I did the whole time I was at the residency clinic having seen multiple doctors there. DON'T DO IT!
First realize it's a residency clinic so doctors are here until they graduate in 3 years. You will then be assigned a new doctor, but they will know everything about your health already. The doctors are great and they spend enough time with you to figure out what you need. The entire care team from receptionist to MA to doctor are so nice. I'm thrilled to have this team helping me. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Staff is very very rude. My mom went here for a physical and they charged her for something completely different. She then went for a blood test, receptionist were rude my mom waited TWO hours before being told she needed a number when receptionist had originally said she didn’t need one. HORRIBLE.
