I would not recommend going here to give birth. We literally only had 1 good nurse our whole time here. Doing testings and not getting enough blood. Having cold rooms for new born babies. And the list goes on.
Staff was amazing and the recovery rooms are large and comfortable.
We gave birth with our third in June 2018. The team is amazing from friendly front desk to nursing staff.. arriving in labour, admitted in mins and wheel chaired off to my private suite. The nurses checked up on me constantly and I could feel assured, calm and assisted me with everything even snacks. From birthing ball to the tub... it’s like a 5 star hotel.. excellence!!! 4 hours later our boy arrived... I really recommend the valley med birth center for medical expertise and care. The nurses there are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and supportive. For a new mom, they taught me everything and saved me and my baby so many times during the stay. I recommend staying there for two nights if possible after new born, so you know how to cope with all kinds of situations! And the room is very spacious and comfortable.
The certified nurse midwives were amazing and attentive! I love their holistic approach to childbirth and pregnancy. The on-call hotline was a huge help, too!
Fantastic facility and staff and a truly baby first philosophy. We delivered two days ago and couldn’t speak more highly of the doctors, nurses, and experience as a whole.
I had a wonderful experience at the Valley Birthing Center! All of the nurses I had were amazing! I feel so blessed to be so close to an amazing facility!
How do you tell an expected mother that has had complications and pain the last couple of weeks. Dilated, 5 days before due date that you don’t have enough nurses to come in today to be induced? Really? What a joke. My daughter went into the hospital a few days ago and was then told since she wasn’t in active labor to go sit out in the waiting room cause they were busy and would have to wait to see a nurse. HIRE enough nurses to take care of your patients! Just wow.
