Assistant (Reggie) is upbeat and Dr. Padma was very knowledgeable. (They don't do foot orthotics themselves, but they'll refer you to one.)
I'm baffled by these negative reviews, as my visits with Dr Park and Ann have been great.
This clinic has been very helpful towards me and accommodating. When I first reach out for help with my chronic toe infections, I was in the process of switching providers and the woman at the front desk was able to get me an appointment. I have been needing to go back for infections on the other side of my toe, I find the staff there to be helpful and friendly. Doctors are incredibly unprofessional. Went in for a foot/ankle consult due to pain caused by a possible torn tendon in my foot. Waited 45 mins for the doctor to come into my room. Scheduled me for an xray, then MRI. First MRI had to be rescheduled because the doctor did not send over her notes to the imaging center. When I asked her about it, she basically said she gets 3 business days to send the paperwork over so I have to deal with it. Rescheduled the appointment again for 5 days later. I was referred to their clinic from a Highline hospital. The staff was nice at first, but things changed when they encountered internal logistics issues that were beyond my control. Shortly after, I was informed that they were unable to perform the necessary surgery, responded to a very few of my questions and referred me to a different specialist at a hospital that doesn't offer that type of surgery.
