Fast service, staff very nice. Was very impressed with the whole place. Nurse Holly was very nice to me and my sick daughter.
The worse med clinic in the Puget Sound. If you're healthy, they will help to reverse that with vaccines, but refuse give any medicine to help. Any lab work will come with humiliation as you are paraded around the waiting room on the way to the lab.
I went this past Sunday to the Maple Valley Urgent care and was seen by Lindsey O'Donnell (sp?) I had a 101 fever and severe abdominal cramps and nausea for 2 days prior. After assessing my situation she sent me to the ER. By the time I arrived my temp was 103 and the pain was out of control. I had an appendectomy that night due to severe infection. I thought it was food poisoning, it came on so fast. I am home and recovering. Thanks Lindsey, you probably saved my life!
Do not go here!! My husband has possible broken bones and apparently the X-ray tech is out to lunch, so he gets to sit in pain for over an hour because there's only one xray tech. Never heard of a place that only has one. They don't seem to care about patients at all!! Never going back. Awful!!!
The staff was very kind. Long wait but that couldn't be helped.
Great staff. They dealt with a grumpy patient very well. Was not me, but the patient was very mean to the staff.
The clinic is a beautiful state of the art facility. Ready to provide quality and compassion based healthcare to its community. So exciting to see it evolve now and in the future.
